- 1875 -- The company was first established in 1875 making steel products
- 1985 -- Commenced making stainless steel sinks
- 2001 -- Became a private company
- 2004 -- In July 2004, the current factory was set up in the present larger site
- 2005 -- The company changed its name to "Jiangmen New Star Hi-Tech Enterprise Ltd." from "Jiangmen San Han Nga Kithchen Equipment Ltd." in June to reflect its modernisation and up-to date technology in stainless steel sinks manufactory
